WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As our HR & TA Manager, you will manage the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and helping build a high-performing team committed to driving lithium-ion battery waste to zero.

You will work closely with domain owners and manage HR processes that support recruitment, onboarding, administration, and employee development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

HR Operations

  • Own HR processes and ensure they run efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage employee records, including leave, sick time, and contracts.

  • Facilitate access to internal resources, such as HR guidelines, tools, and Wiki content.

  • Track HR metrics and report key data to senior management.

  • Support employees with immigration, relocation, and arrival in Munich.

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Own the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Draft, refine, and proofread job descriptions.

  • Post job openings to relevant channels and search resume databases for candidates.

  • Evaluate applicants to ensure they meet position requirements.

  • Support new hires through onboarding and relocation processes.

Employee Experience & Office Operations

  • Own onboarding sessions for new employees.

  • Organize team-building activities, company events, and HR-led initiatives.

  • Take ownership of office operations and administrative tasks that enhance the workplace.

Training & Development

  • Organize and deliver training sessions for employees.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues, including employee relations cases and grievances.
