Die Aufgaben
In dieser wissenschaftlich orientierten Außendienstfunktion fungieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für medizinisches Fachpersonal in Krankenhäusern und spezialisierten Zentren. Sie tragen dazu bei, die wissenschaftliche Positionierung innovativer Therapien zu stärken, und unterstützen Fachkreise mit fundierten Informationen zu Wirkmechanismen, klinischen Daten und Studien.

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu KOLs, Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Klinikapotheken, Pflegekräften und Krankenhausverwaltungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leadern (KOLs) und weiteren medizinischen Entscheidungsträgern, um wissenschaftlichen Austausch zu fördern, klinische Erkenntnisse aus der Praxis zu gewinnen und die wissenschaftliche Reputation des Unternehmens zu stärken
  • Vermittlung wissenschaftlich fundierter Informationen zu Produkten in den Bereichen Immunologie, Hämostase und Intensivmedizin
  • Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leadern (KOLs) zur Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Austauschs
  • Unterstützung klinischer Partnerinnen und Partner bei medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Projekten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Symposien, Workshops und Fachveranstaltungen in Abstimmung mit Medical Affairs und Marketing
  • Erfassung und Weitergabe relevanter Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Ethikrichtlinien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Studium (z. B. Biologie, Biochemie, Pharmazie, Medizin oder vergleichbare Disziplin)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer wissenschaftlich orientierten Funktion im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe wissenschaftliche Inhalte verständlich und glaubwürdig zu vermitteln
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kliniken, Studienzentren und/oder Krankenhausapotheken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und professionelle Englischkenntnisse
