  • Unterstützung des Bereichsleiters bei allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Selbständige (elektronische) Aktenführung, Überwachung der Wiedervorlagen sowie Datenpflege
  • Abwicklung der täglichen Korrespondenz – selbstständig sowie nach Vorgabe
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen, Schulungen, Vorlagen, etc.
  • Planung und Organisation von Terminen und Reisetätigkeiten sowie sonstige organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten, Industriekaufmann (m/w(d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Qualifizierte Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich in einem international tätigem Unternehmen oder einer international tätigen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, Sharepoint sowie generelle IT-Affinität
  • Strukturierte, selbständige, sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
