We are seeking an experienced and business-minded Legal Counsel
to join our dynamic team in the Munich area. As the sole in-house lawyer, you will serve as the central point of contact for all legal matters within the company and report directly to senior management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive legal advice across all areas of corporate law, particularly corporate governance, compliance, contract drafting and review
  • Legal support for corporate bodies and internal stakeholders
  • Drafting and managing minutes and documentation for boards and committees
  • Independent handling of internal legal matters and projects in close coordination with other departments
  • Legal support for strategic business decisions
  • Managing and coordinating external law firms, including budget control and cost efficiency

Your Profile:

  • Admission to the bar in Germany with above-average results in both state examinations
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in a business law firm and/or in-house legal department
  • Strong knowledge of general commercial law and confident application of legal standards
  • Excellent command of English as the general working language; (additional language skills, e.g. French or Arabic, not a requirement, but a plus)
  • Ideally, initial exposure to sports law, particularly in football (not a requirement, but a plus)
  • Strong team player with initiative and a pragmatic, results-driven approach
