Über die Rolle

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit dem HR Manager und den lokalen Teams zusammen, um zeitnah und effektiv HR-Support in einer Vielzahl von personalbezogenen Themen zu leisten. Sie stellen die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften sicher und tragen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Initiativen bei, die sowohl mit der DACH- als auch der Konzernstrategie übereinstimmen.

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Arbeitsrechts in allen DACH-Unternehmen.
  •   Unterstützung des HR Managers bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Initiativen gemäß Konzernstrategie.
  • Aufbau starker Beziehungen und Ausgleich zwischen operativen Anforderungen und proaktiven HR-Projekten.
  • Begleitung von Führungskräften bei Disziplinar- und Beschwerdeverfahren unter Wahrung von Fairness und Rechtskonformität.
  • Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von HR-Richtlinien und -Verfahren bei Bedarf.
  • Klare Kommunikation von Richtlinienänderungen und Schulung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung und einheitlichen Anwendung der Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Erfahrung, die Sie mitbringen

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich).
  •   Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von hochwertigem HR-Support für Außendienst- oder Remote-Teams.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von HR-Prozessen und arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften.
