Você será uma das principais referências técnicas na criação da plataforma estrutural de agentes de IA do iFood, um dos pilares estratégicos que vai permitir que múltiplos times desenvolvam agentes com rapidez, segurança e reuso extremo.

Nesta cadeira, você atuará na interseção entre engenharia de software, dados e inteligência artificial, ajudando a garantir que todos os agentes do iFood sejam construídos sobre uma base sólida, escalável e observável.

Seu Cardápio Diário:
  • Projetar e desenvolver plataformas e ferramentas para criação, orquestração e operação de agentes de IA corporativos.
  • Implementar arquiteturas de RAG, pipelines de dados, conectores e MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
  • Desenvolver e manter serviços backend escaláveis, APIs e sistemas de integração com ambientes corporativos.
  • Criar infraestrutura que habilite fluxos de trabalho autônomos e agentes confiáveis, rastreáveis e auditáveis.
  • Trabalhar com LLMs em alto nível (prompt engineering, agentes, ferramentas, orchestration frameworks).
  • Atuar como referência técnica do time, influenciando decisões arquiteturais e difundindo melhores práticas
Ingredientes Que Buscamos:
  • Proficiência em linguagens como Kotlin, Python ou equivalentes.
  • Conhecimento profundo em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, com capacidade de projetar soluções escaláveis e altamente disponíveis.
  • Experiência prática com LLMs, agentes, frameworks de orquestração de IA, RAG, vetores e embeddings.
  • Vivência no desenvolvimento de APIs, integrações complexas e arquiteturas escaláveis.
  • Experiência com ferramentas low-code/no-code ou automação (ex.: Retool, n8n, Zapier, Make) ou criação de plataformas equivalentes.
  • Experiência com cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) e proxies/gateways para serviços de IA (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
