Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozessfähigkeit der Produktionsanlagen, Einhaltung und Optimierung der Prozessspezifikationen, Bewertung und Freigabe von maschinellen Änderungen
  • Einleitung von Prozessspezifikationsanpassungen in enger Abstimmung mit R&D, Process Technology und dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Produktperformance, Analyse möglicher Abweichungsgründe im Prozess, Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung, Steuerung, Begleitung und Dokumentation von Produktionsversuchen
  • Industrialisierung neuer Produkte zusammen mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Fertigungsverfahren zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktqualität und Performance
  • Auslegung neuer Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung neuer Technologien, in enger Abstimmung mit der Instandhaltung und unseren Projektingenieuren
  • Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten, inklusive Dokumentation und Berichterstattung
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätsprozesse durch Feststellung von Problemen und Initiierung von komplexen Problemlösungsmethoden und -analysen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemietechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Kunststofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, Prozessentwicklung und/oder Prozesstechnik, mit Prozessverantwortung in der Produktion
  • Kenntnisse über Kautschukverarbeitung (Mischungsherstellung, Extrusion, Vulkanisation), über Methoden zur Charakterisierung von Kautschukmischungen sowie über Kautschukrheologie
  • Kenntnisse der Mess- und Regeltechnik
  • Statistikkenntnisse, Erfahrungen mit statistischer Versuchsplanung und Kenntnisse über statistische Prozesskontrolle, Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Statistikprogrammen (z.B. Minitab)
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Produktionsplanungs- und Steuerungssystemen (z.B. Scarabaeus)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Tools des Lean Managements/Worldclass Manufacturing
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
