Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in (f/m/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Business Controlling Teams. Du unterstützt uns bei der Vorbereitung, Analyse und Präsentation von Finanzberichten und Kennzahlen. In dieser Rolle sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Monatsabschluss, hilfst bei Ad-hoc-Analysen und arbeitest daran, unsere Reporting-Prozesse stetig zu verbessern. Dabei gewinnst du praktische Einblicke in Finanzsteuerung, Reporting und Performance Management – und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Controllern zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:  

  • Unterstützung der Business Controller beim Monatsabschluss (z. B. Datensammlung, Abstimmungen, Reporting)

  • Erstellung und Pflege wiederkehrender Analysen und Reports für unsere Charity Lotterien

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Management-Übersichten

  • Überwachung und Analyse finanzieller KPIs und Abweichungen

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessautomatisierung und -optimierung im Controlling

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Finance, Accounting und Business Controlling

  • Starkes analytisches und numerisches Verständnis

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint

  • Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Nice-to-haves:

  • Erste Erfahrung mit Tagetik

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Financial Modeling

  • Interesse an Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
