Das IBI – Institut für Bildung in der Informationsgesellschaft ist ein gemeinnütziges Kooperationsinstitut der TU Berlin. Bei uns arbeiten Menschen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen zusammen an dem Ziel, die Nutzung digitaler Medien in der Bildung zu stärken. Ein starker Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Bildung und Resozialisierung im Strafvollzug. Wir suchen eine:n Open Source Platform Specialist, die:der Lust hat, die technische Basis für effiziente Zusammenarbeit und digitale Kommunikation zu legen. Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kreativität und Dein technisches Know-how voll einzubringen. Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Plattformen und Open-Source-Systemen mit, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf der Sicherstellung von Datensicherheit, Resilienz und Datenschutz liegt.
Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer E-Mail-Systeme und Webportale auf Basis moderner Open-Source-Lösungen
  • Kreative Mitgestaltung und Ausbau von Authentifizierungsdiensten (z. B. LDAP, Single Sign-On) in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Proaktive Moderation und Betreuung digitaler Plattformen und Kommunikationslösungen
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung eigener Projektideen zur Optimierung der Systemlandschaft und Eigenentwicklungen
  • Dokumentation und Wissensaustausch im Team zur Förderung eines agilen und kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds
  • Verantwortungsvolle Umsetzung moderner Sicherheitsstandards und Mitwirken an datenschutzkonformen Lösungen, um höchste Verfügbarkeit und maximalen Schutz sensibler Informationen zu gewährleisten
Qualifikation
  • Freude an einer gesellschaftlich relevanten Tätigkeit
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Servern, Open-Source-E-Mail-Systemen und Webportalen
  • Erfahrung mit Kommunikations-, Authentifizierungsverfahren und Verzeichnisdiensten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team, das Wert auf soziale Kompetenzen legt
