In einer neu geschaffenen Position sucht unser Mandant einen
Head of Accounting (m/w/d)
Die Aufgabe ist breit angelegt und umfasst sowohl operative als auch strategische Elemente. Zum Aufgabenbereich gehört unter anderem die
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Rechnungswesens:
- Verantwortung für eine fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (perspektivisch IFRS)
- Verantwortung für Bilanzierung, Kontenabstimmung, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen sowie die Konsolidierung und dem internen Reporting
- Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie interne Fachabteilungen
- Optimierung und Standardisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und gruppeninterner Richtlinien
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer ERP-Tools sowie Automatisierung der Prozesse und Digitalisierung des Rechnungswesens
Der geeignete Kandidat (m/w/d) besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Steuern.
Zusätzlich finden sich die Kandidaten (m/w/d) in folgendem Profil wieder:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting im internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und erste Kenntnisse in IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Finanztools
- Führungskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
