About the Position

Creative excellence is a pillar of our strong HOLY brand, beloved by hundreds of thousands of HOLY Squad members. In charge of our visual brand, the graphic design team plays a crucial role in our business. Their design assets reach millions of new viewers every month and convert existing customers into true brand enthusiasts across various channels and regions.

Now, our design team is seeking a talented (Sr.) Graphic Designer to join the team. This position offers a variety of design tasks and projects, providing an opportunity to learn and grow as a graphic designer in an inspiring and fast-paced environment, contributing to one of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands.

The role's responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize and create print marketing materials such as promotional brochures, trade marketing assets, and add-on products (merchandise, stickers, etc.)
• Develop and implement digital marketing materials for various channels including paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, and our online shop.
• Assist in the design and finalization of packaging, with a focus on adjusting and duplicating necessary information and formats.
• Carry out ad-hoc design tasks and projects, such as preparing stakeholder presentations or assisting other colleagues in applying our visual brand identity.

About You

We are seeking an experienced (Sr.) Graphic Designer who is a quick learner with a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a diligent work style, with an eye for detail.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Min. 3- 5 years of work experience in graphic design / promotional design (experience in the e-commerce / D2C space is a strong plus)
• Degree in communication design (or similar studies).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and basic familiarity with Figma are required. and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong typography and layout skills, demonstrated through your portfolio.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.  German and French are a strong plus.
• Based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model (3+ days in the office).
