Your Role

Als (Senior) Financial Accountant bei new: soul übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Accounting-Landschaft und schaffst die Grundlage für skalierbare, hochwertige Finanzprozesse. Du treibst die Internalisierung unserer Buchhaltung voran, stellst die Genauigkeit unseres Reportings sicher und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme mit unserem schnell wachsenden Geschäft Schritt halten.

Your Responsibilities

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Abschlüsse, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer DATEV-Struktur; Mitwirkung bei Systemintegrationen und Prozessumstellungen.

  • Führung aller zentralen Finance- und Accounting-Prozesse, einschließlich:

    • Monats- und Quartalsabschluss
    • Rückstellungen & Abgrenzungen
    • Kontenabstimmungen
    • Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozesse
    • Liquiditätsmanagement

  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontenabstimmungen und proaktives Klären von Differenzen und Unstimmigkeiten.

  • Weiterentwicklung, Dokumentation und Automatisierung unserer buchhalterischen Workflows in Zusammenarbeit mit Product-, Operations- und externen Partnern.

  • Ansprechpartner*in für interne Teams, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und externe Dienstleister.

  • Sicherstellung der Compliance aller Rechnungslegungsprozesse sowie Unterstützung der Audit-Readiness.

Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld oder mit mehreren Gesellschaften/Standorten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV sowie sehr gute Fähigkeiten in MS Excel bzw. Google Sheets.
  • Analytische Stärke, höchste Genauigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+) für die interne Zusammenarbeit.
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung dafür, effiziente und skalierbare Prozesse aufzubauen.
