EPC Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead business development, bidding and contract negotiation for PV power plants (utility-scale & distributed) and C&I rooftop EPC projects in DACH region
  2. Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (investors, asset owners, developers) in renewable energy sector
  3. Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure technical feasibility and cost competitiveness
  4. Analyze German renewable energy policies (EEG), subsidy schemes and grid-connection regulations to drive sales strategy
  5. Achieve annual sales targets and payment collection, manage end-to-end project risks

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • 5+ years EPC sales experience in German renewable market with proven track record of ≥10MW PV projects
  • Native/Business fluency in German (C1+) & English (B2+),
    Chinese proficiency strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of DIN/VDE standards, EPC contract terms and VOB tender procedures

Advantageous:

  • Existing network in C&I rooftop segment (manufacturing, logistics real estate etc.)
  • TÜV-certified PV project manager or equivalent qualification
  • Experience collaborating with Chinese PV supply chain (modules, BESS, inverters)

Competencies:

  • Cross-cultural negotiation skills with readiness for frequent business travel
  • Result-driven mindset with ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
