Guest Service Agent (m/w/d)

Das bedeutet:

  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Annahme sowie eine entsprechende Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonate und Nachrichten
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Vorbereitung unserer VIP-Gäste
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Gästewünsche und Reklamationen
  • Erfassung und Weitergabe aller Technikaufträge des Hotels
  • Fachgerechte Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen
  • Übernahme eigener Projekte in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, wünschenswert wären Kenntnisse in Opera
  • Eine positive Ausstrahlung sowie ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Umgangsformen, ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
