Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lahore for an IT and Network Support Engineer. The role involves managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring security protocols are in place, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing comprehensive IT solutions. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, coordinating with teams to implement improvements, and adhering to best practices to support the organization's IT operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Proficiency in Network Security techniques and practices, including threat mitigation
  • Advanced skills in Troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues
  • Practical experience and expertise in Information Technology systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Lahore
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to document technical procedures and incidents
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in IT and networking is a plus
