Creative Brand Specialist

Become a proactive contributor to the development and execution of the consumer brand MushRoots (80%) and science brand Infinite Roots (20%)
Develop and execute visually compelling brand materials across digital and physical touchpoints, including social media, POS tools, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
Translate brand strategy into creative and art direction that aligns with the company's identity, tone, and market positioning.
Combine copy, imagery, and design elements to craft cohesive, engaging, and brand-consistent communications according to evolving brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, maintaining visual and verbal alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (brand, shopper marketing, digital, sales) to deliver creative assets that drive consumer engagement and brand equity.
Utilize graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) to develop and refine high-impact visuals.
Leverage AI-driven creative and post-production tools (e.g., image generation, retouching, layout automation) to enhance efficiency and innovation in content creation.
Support the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative output meets strategic and commercial objectives.
Project manage the brand execution across the whole company and internal employer branding and excitement.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in brand design or creative marketing, ideally within consumer goods or lifestyle sectors.
Agency Background Welcome: Candidates with experience in advertising or creative agencies are highly encouraged to apply. We value a strong conceptual mindset, agility, and hands-on creative execution.
Design Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute high-quality visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints (social media, POS, packaging, campaign materials, etc.).
Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of brand building and visual storytelling; ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and consistent design systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or similar) and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative image or layout tools).
Project Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with experience managing creative workflows from concept to delivery.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and clearly articulate creative ideas.
Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all visual and verbal expressions.
Innovation-Driven: Curiosity for new trends, design technologies, and creative approaches that push brand expression forward.
Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is a must.
