We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality (M/F/d) to join our team and lead our quality assurance and engineering efforts. As the Head of Quality (M/F/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our quality strategy while fostering collaborative relationships with our engineering and operations teams.
Your mission
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Influence, define, and implement the quality strategy to ensure the highest standards across our organization.
- Develop strong links with the engineering and operations teams through peer leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Define and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure product excellence.
- Establish a system of metrics to monitor and drive measurable quality improvements.
- Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate key quality data and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering to define critical-to-quality parameters for new product development and design for manufacturing activities.
- Stay updated on the latest quality management methodologies and developments, implementing best practices where applicable.
- Actively participate in multi-functional discussions, bringing valuable data-driven insights to key business initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Peer Leadership competence
- Proven experience in quality management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewable energy sector.
- Expertise in implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and German languages.
