Quais serão os seus desafios com a gente?
  • Liderar tecnicamente membros mais juniores do time de Applied AI Engineering;
  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA para impacto de negócio;
  • Realizar análises exploratórias e visualização de dados para entendimento de negócio e utilização de aplicações de LLMs;
  • Desenvolver padrões para melhorar escalabilidade de aplicações de LLMs;
  •  Otimização da stack de desenvolvimento do time de Applied AI Engineering (CI/CD, exploração de bibliotecas, etc.);
  • Desenvolver aplicações de IA com Vector Databases, LLMs, Single agents e Multi agents;
  • Desenvolver pipelines de validação de aplicações de LLMs, incluindo datasets e LLM-as-a-judge;
  • Desenvolver pequenos componentes de back-end e front-end para validação de conceito da aplicação de LLM;
  • Pesquisar ativamente em blogs técnicos, papers e vídeo conferências, para gerar hipóteses de melhoria e otimização das aplicações de LLMs;


O que esperamos que você tenha:
  • Experiência com Ciência de Dados, Engenharia de Machine Learning ou com APIs de LLMs;
  • Habilidades de comunicação em temas técnicos relacionados a Engenharia de Software, Ciência de Dados ou LLMs;
  • Familiaridade com Python, Git e boas práticas de Engenharia de Software;
  • Experiência com mentoria de pessoas;
  • Inglês para estudo de blogs técnicos e papers na área de IA;
  • Trabalho em equipe;
  • Proatividade.
