Project Delivery Manager (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Steuerung und Überwachung mehrerer unserer Softwareprojekte im agilen Umfeld.
  • Du hast einen Überblick über Zeitpläne, Meilensteine, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen und leitest in Abstimmung mit dem Scrum Master Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts ab.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die optimale Auslastung des Teams und steuerst die Planung und Verwaltung von Projektressourcen.
  • Du unterstützt das Management (intern & extern) sowie die Projekt-Stakeholder durch regelmäßige Berichte, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Du sicherst die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte und unterstützt bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Preisanpassungen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft) und verfügst über mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Leitung und Steuerung von Softwareprojekten mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst stets den Überblick über mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Du erkennst frühzeitig Risiken und Engpässe, übernimmst Verantwortung und entwickelst Lösungen und Maßnahmen um den Projektfortschritt sicherzustellen.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke und verstehst es, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Zahlen und Wirtschaftlichkeit, überwachst Budgets, Kosten und Ressourcen und sorgst so für den finanziellen Erfolg der Projekte.
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
