Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Field Product Specialist  to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science or related field/experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
  • Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Helps to solve customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.
  • Provides software/hardware development and consultation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gain customer trust and drive expansion of Teradyne's market share.
  • Primary technical interface with customer
  • Pre-sales focus
  • Technical knowledge aimed at developing differentiating solutions to our valued customers.

All about you

  • Bachelor or higher degree in EE, computer science or related fields OR equivalent experience.
    Seeking 5+ years' experience with test program development.  Experience with the IGXL platforms experience preferred.
  • VBT, C# and .Net framework program development capabilities
  • Probe Card and Load Board debug experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a globally dispersed team.
  • Strong reasoning skills along with practical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, relationships-building skills and commitment to teamwork and "can-do" spirit.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and passionate about your career
  • Experience in developing specifications with a customer is a plus
  • Ability to communicate easily with people from different background
