Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung der Produktstrategie und Roadmap für das zugewiesene Portfolio
  • Managen und Priorisierung des Produkt Backlogs
  • Erfassung und Verfeinerung der Anforderungen von Interessengruppen, einschließlich Kunden
  • Verfassen von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien, Überwachung von Sprints und Produktveröffentlichungen
  • Abstimmung der technischen Umsetzung mit den Geschäftszielen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Lösungsarchitekten
  • Durchführung von Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Überwachung der Produktleistung, Erfassung von Benutzerfeedback und Förderung von Funktionsinnovationen
  • Gewährleistung einer kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Präsentation neuer Produktinitiativen (einschließlich Business Case)
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs mit Produktdemos, Ausschreibungen und Expertenwissen
  • Ermittlung des Bedarfs und Unterstützung beim Produktmarketing durch Bereitstellung von Inhalten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in gleichen oder angrenzenden technischen Bereichen
  • Hohe Technik-Affinität und Begeisterung für den Road Safety Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und der Kommunikation von Anforderungen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu vermitteln
  • Starker analytischer und problemlösungsorientierter Denkansatz, Entwicklung neuer Lösungen, samt Entscheidungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten
  • Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
