Technical Service Representative (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
• Durchführung technischer Schulungen und Produktvorführungen für Kunden weltweit im Bereich Windblades
• Präsentation und Demonstration unserer Beschichtungsprodukte, einschließlich der Entwicklung technischer Problemlösungsstrategien
• Durchführung von Laboranalysen und Anwendungstests zur Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
• Durchführung technischer Audits und Prozessanalysen zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse unserer Kunden
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams als technischer Experte in allen Phasen des Verkaufsprozesses
• Testen und Implementieren neuer Produkte und Technologien, sowohl intern als auch bei Kunden vor Ort
• Eigenständige Identifizierung und Lösung von Verarbeitungsproblemen sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
• Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Anfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der F&E-Abteilung
• Pflege und Nutzung von IT-Systemen zur Dokumentation relevanter Kundeninformationen
• Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und aktive Mitwirkung an einem positiven Unternehmensimage
• Technische Ausbildung in Beschichtungstechnologie, Chemie, Lacklaborarbeit oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Prozessüberwachung von Beschichtungssystemen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Applikation und Prüfung von Industrie- oder Windenergie-Beschichtungen
• Ausgeprägte soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenzen, einschließlich Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und einem souveränen Auftreten
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen internationalen Reisen
