Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Operations Analyst
. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize business performance. This role involves analyzing key metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and working with various departments to streamline operations. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational goals are met, provide data-driven insights for decision-making, and support the development of strategies to improve the company's overall effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve business operations
  • Proficiency in
    data analysis tools
    such as
    Microsoft Excel
    ,
    SQL
    ,
    Power BI
    , or
    Tableau
    to analyze and visualize operational data
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    to measure and optimize operational performance
  • Solid understanding of
    business processes
    and the ability to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Familiarity with
    process improvement methodologies
    such as
    Lean
    ,
    Six Sigma
    , or
    Agile
    is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies or bottlenecks in operational workflows
  • Excellent communication skills to present data and operational insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to implement operational changes and process improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with
    ERP systems
    ,
    CRM systems
    , or other enterprise software is an advantage
  • Familiarity with
    project management tools

    ) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration

    , or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an
    operations analysis
