We're Hiring: German-Speaking Customer Representative – Porto (Portugal)

Your Role - As a
Customer & Technical Support Representative
, you will:

  • Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices
    , ensuring professional and empathetic support to patients (90% German speaking / 10% English speaking) across European markets.
  • Troubleshoot and guide patients in using diabetes medical devices and accessories
    .
  • Handle requests via phone, email, chat, and SMS
    .
  • Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Use empathy, active listening, and problem-solving to support patients in sensitive situations
    .
  • Follow safety and compliance standards with accuracy.


What We Offer

  • €1,100 gross salary/month x14 months
  • €400 gross Project bonus on top of salary guarantee every month
  • Welcome Bonus: 3000€ - paid through the year
  • Meal allowance up to €167/month

Relocation Package

  • Shared accommodation:
     €280/month (all bills included)
  • Flight reimbursement up to €400

 Shifts

Mon–Sun rotational shifts

– 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break – 5 days a week

  • 1st Shift: 
    07:00–16:00
  • 2nd Shift: 
    13:00–22:00
  • 3rd Shift: 
    22:00–07:00
     (
    25% extra
     on payslip – The night shift team is small, so each agent may only cover this occasionally during the month)


What We're Looking For

  • EU passport/ID or valid Portuguese Manifestação de Interesse
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) + clean criminal record
  • German C2 &

Minimum
English B2+ or C1
- Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
- Background in healthcare or technical support (a plus)
- Knowledge of diabetes/medical devices (a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, stress management, and active listening abilities
