- Du willst etwas aufbauen, unternehmerisch handeln und einen Standort von Beginn an prägen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Als Geschäftsstellenleiter übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort (Berlin, München oder Würzburg) – von der Strategie über die Teamführung bis hin zu Kundenbeziehungen und wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung. Du agierst vor Ort und gestaltest Wachstum, Kultur und Marktposition aktiv mit.
- Du baust den neuen IT-Standort (Berlin, München oder Würzburg) strategisch auf und entwickelst ihn weiter.
- Du übernimmst die volle Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung (P&L).
- Du steuerst alle operativen Prozesse und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Tagesbetrieb.
- Du setzt Qualitäts-, Service-, Compliance- und Sicherheitsstandards konsequent um.
- Du führst, entwickelst und motivierst das Standortteam und trägst zu einer motivierenden, leistungsorientierten Team- und Unternehmenskultur bei.
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen aus und betreibst aktive Geschäftsentwicklung.
- Du repräsentierst den Standort auf Veranstaltungen und im regionalen Netzwerk.
- Du identifizierst Markt- und Wachstumspotenziale und leitest strategische Maßnahmen ab.
- Du arbeitest eng mit zentralen Unternehmensbereichen zusammen und stellst transparente Prozesse und Kommunikation sicher.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung eines IT-Standortes, einer Geschäftseinheit oder eines vergleichbaren Servicebereichs.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Services, IT-Infrastruktur, Software-/Cloud-Lösungen oder Managed Services.
- Du bringst nachweisliche Erfahrung in P&L-Verantwortung und wirtschaftlicher Standortführung mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und im erfolgreichen Teamaufbau.
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Compliance, Datenschutz und Qualitätsmanagement.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, bist stark ergebnisorientiert, handelst durchsetzungsstark und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du überzeugst durch klare Kommunikation, souveräne Führung und trittst kundenorientiert und sicher auf.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Netzwerk- und Beziehungskompetenz.
