Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung anspruchsvoller Sanierungs- und Ausbauprojekte in den Bereichen Wohnen, Hotellerie und Gewerbe.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managing Director zur Weiterentwicklung des Berliner Standorts.

  • Projektleitung von der Vorvertragsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

  • Mentoring und Aufbau eines dynamischen Teams vor Ort.

  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bau- oder Immobilienprojektmanagement.

  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung von Sanierungs- und Ausbauprojekten.

  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch (B2C2) und sehr gutes Englisch.

  • Motiviert, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eine Führungsrolle auszubauen.

  • Durchsetzungsstark, engagiert und fähig, Dinge konstruktiv in Frage zu stellen unser Partner sucht Macher mit Meinung.
