As a solution-oriented project manager, we at FF-Projekt support our customers in all project phases, from the initial idea to project completion, and take care of everything necessary for a successful project. We are currently managing, among other things, a large inner-city building construction project in Berlin's government district and the construction of a new data center campus on the outskirts of Berlin.
Your profile:
- Completed technical degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (diploma/master's) or engineering with a focus on technical building equipment or supply engineering
- Enjoy working with people, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of data centers
- Experience in data center projects (planning and/or construction)
- Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB
- Knowledge of cost management (DIN 276) and construction scheduling
- Efficient structuring of tasks and independent working style
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Your tasks:
- Independent project management and control of demanding construction and real estate projects
- Technical, economic, and organizational consulting and support for our clients
- Proactive management and control of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Contact person and advisor for the client's internal departments and planning teams
