we are looking for a

Visual Merchandise Manager (m/f/d)
Your Shoes To Fill

  • Develop creative visual merchandising campaigns
  • Steer the implementation of visual merchandising campaigns in collaboration with Retail teams around the world
  • Curate and monitor the entire lifecycle of the visual merchandising experience, keeping in mind the marketing goals
  • Design and create individualized VM elements that meet specific sales needs
  • Assess and gauge the effectiveness of a given visual merchandise element and campaign
  • Monitor costs for a certain project and ensure that the visual merchandising stays within the proposed budgets
  • Support the Shopfitting Team during the development retail design projects (sketches, layouts, 3D renderings, presentation decks)

Your Walk Of Life

  • A degree in Interior Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or within a merchandising team
  • Strong creative mindset with a keen interest in current retail and visual merchandising trends
  • Solid design and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with SketchUp; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and consumer behavior
  • Experience working collaboratively with vendors
