Medical Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgabenprofil

  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Realisierung der nationalen Medical-Content-Strategie für Pharmaprodukte mit dem Medical Director und dem Medical Advisor auf Kundenseite
  • Erstellung der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (iDetails, Slidekits, Produktübersichten etc.) im Rahmen der Bewerbung an medizinische Fachkreise
  • Referenzierung und medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Freigabe der Inhalte, die im Rahmen des Projektes in der Agentur erstellt werden
  • Unterstützung bei medizinischen Fragestellungen innerhalb des Account-Teams mit Schnittstellen zu Beratung, Kreation und Reinzeichnung
  • Medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung von Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen
  • Betreuung und Pflege von Kontakten und Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern und Meinungsbildnern

Leistungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes medizinisches, pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Promotion von Vorteil)
  • Neugier und schnelle Einarbeitung in spezifische medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Indikations- und Therapiegebiete
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Kontakt mit externen Meinungsbildnern und Experten im Indikationsumfeld
  • Hohe Motivation für das Arbeiten in komplexen und anspruchsvollen Teamstrukturen, offene und professionelle Kommunikation sowie starke analytische und lösungsorientierte Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
