Was erwartet dich?
  • Du unterstützt unsere Anwält:innen bei der Aktenführung und -verwaltung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hintergrund
  • Du übernimmst selbständige Assistenzausgaben für unser Corporate Insurance Team wie die Vorbereitung von Reports, Präsentationen, Webinaren und Pitches
  • Du bereitest Schriftstücke und Korrespondenz eigenständig vor und bringst dabei deine Sorgfalt und dein Organisationstalent ein
  • Du bearbeitest die Ein- und Ausgangspost, bestimmst Fristen, notierst sie zuverlässig und behältst deren Einhaltung im Blick
  • Du nimmst Telefonate entgegen, leitest sie weiter und bist eine freundliche erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mandant:innen
  • Du triffst vorbereitende Maßnahmen für Abrechnungen und stehst im direkten Kontakt mit Mandant:innen und Gerichten – schriftlich wie telefonisch – und trittst dabei professionell und verbindlich auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r (m/w/d) oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, idealerweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei, mit
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast Spaß daran, mitzudenken, eigene Lösungen zu finden und Dich wiederkehrenden und neuen Aufgaben zu stellen
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und hast Freude an der Arbeit
