Your mission
  • You are responsible for the planning and implementation of grid connections for wind, solar and BESS projects in Germany
  • You identify, assess and apply for grid connection points and act as the main point of contact for grid operators.
  • You develop grid connection concepts for 110 kV, 220 kV, and 380 kV networks.
  • You negotiate grid connection and power supply contracts.
  • You communicate with grid operators, landowners, municipalities and authorities.
  • You serve as the key interface and point of contact for all grid-related topics within the acquisition and project development teams. 
Your profile
  • You have a degree in engineering, technical training or an equivalent qualification, along with relevant professional experience.
  • You bring solid knowledge in grid planning, the energy sector and project management.
  • Ideally you have experience working with QGIS and/or AutoCAD.
  • You have at least five years of relevant experience in analyzing grid-based load calculations and are capable of developing appropriate grid connection and feed-in concepts together with grid operators.
  • You enjoy communicating with project stakeholders and are a skilled negotiator.
  • You work independently and results-oriented.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team.
