Diese Vollzeitstelle befindet sich in Hamburg, und ist direkt dem Senior Community Manager unterstellt. Der Community Associate ist ein integraler Bestandteil unserer Familie und das Herz und die Seele eines jeden Standorts. Als erfolgreicher Community Associate fördern Sie das Wachstum des Unternehmens sowie das Community- und Operations-Team und tragen zu dessen Erfolg bei. 

Ihr Tagesablauf bei Mindspace 

In Ihrer Funktion als Community Associate übernehmen Sie die gesamte Logistik an der Rezeption und unterstützen Sie bei allen Aufgaben im Bereich Empfang und Community Management. 

Wofür Sie verantwortlich sind: 

  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner (POC) für alle Mitglieder und Gäste der Mindspace Community
  • Beaufsichtigung der Rezeption während der Betriebszeiten 
  • Ansprechpartner für Wartung, Postversand, Versand, Vorräte und Ausrüstung 
  • Organisation von Betriebsabläufen und -verfahren 
  • Gemeinsam mit den Community-Managern an Community-Aufgaben mitwirken und dabei eine aktive Rolle übernehmen 
  • Lösung von mitgliederbezogenen Problemen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung bei Gebäudebetrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Mindspace-Einrichtungen
Requirements

Mindestqualifikationen 

  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kundenbetreuung, Vertrieb oder Projektmanagement
  • Außergewöhnliche organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Multitasking 
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 

Erfolgskritische Kompetenzen 

  • Kundenorientiert und kontaktfreudig 
  • Sie erledigen Ihre Aufgabe Praktisch veranlagt, gedankenschnell und bereit, alles zu tun, was nötig ist
  • Multitasking und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Arten von Mitgliedern, Interessengruppen und Abteilungen innerhalb der Organisation zu kommunizieren 
  • Vertrautheit mit dem Ökosystem – vertraut mit Start-ups, Lieferanten und dem Geschehen in der Stadt – wäre von unglaublichem Vorteil
