Role Description
As an M&A Analyst will support the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation processes. Daily responsibilities include creating financial models, preparing presentations for stakeholders, assessing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset and ready to take the lead and responsibility from day one, as the role involves the whole M&A process from origination to close; from reading the financials to working closely with clients and partners to align objectives with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate financial trends, and support decision-making.
- Expertise in Finance, including knowledge of financial structures, corporate finance, and market insights.
- Hands-on experience with Due Diligence and Valuation processes within M&A transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Advantageable qualifications
- Previous experience in M&A, investment banking, or consulting is a strong plus.
- English is required, any additional languages are considered a strong plus.
- Previous experience in commodity trading is a plus
