Your Role

You're here to make sure we solve the right problems. As Founding Product Lead, you'll own core products in our AI toolbox—sometimes the entire toolbox itself. You'll live at the intersection of customer insight, technical depth, and business sense, translating complexity into clarity.

You'll work directly with our founders, engineers, and designers to define what success looks like, ensure we're building for real customer value, and shape the way Cortea does product management.

What you'll do

  • Fully own and evolve products in our AI toolbox

  • Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions

  • Collaborate tightly with engineering and design to deliver high-value outcomes fast

  • Shape and improve our product management approach as we grow

  • Set crisp goals, ensure focus, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact

  • Keep the team anchored in why—not just what

You'll be great at this if you

  • Have 5+ years experience, with 3+ years in product roles

  • Built and shipped multiple B2B SaaS products from zero to scale

  • Go deep into context to truly understand user problems

  • Care about outcomes more than process, and clarity more than frameworks

  • Know how an efficient product management approach looks like

  • Know what PMF really means because you've lived through it—preferably in early-stage startups

Bonus points

  • You've founded a company or serious side project before

  • You're fluent in both product strategy and hands-on execution
