For our client from the insurance company, we are currently searching for a SCCM Specialist (m/w/d).
 
For this request, we can only present freelancers. No employees are possible.
 
Duration: extension likely until
Capacity: 100%
Location: Remote & Cologne - 2 days onsite every week are mandatory
Language: English (must have), German (nice to have)
 
Tasks:

  2. Service with operation and further development of Windows 11 / 10 releases and new features (Evergreen)
  3. Service with Implementation of security requirements (group policy mgmt., compliance monitoring, etc.)
  4. Service with Integration of new hardware into the ecosystem (image, BIOS, drivers)
  5. Service for Execution of proactive SCCM client health activities
  6. Service for Integration of Endpoint Protection solutions on the client
  7. Service with Integration and maintenance of Internet browsers (Edge Chromium, Google Chrome)
  8. Service with Integration, maintenance and testing of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
  9. Service with System and performance monitoring, analysis and prevention measures
  10. The service will continue to operate and develop the modern workplace
  11. The service will perform 3rd level support/analyses in the Workplace area
  12. Service with contribution of expertise in the company as well as in exciting projects (e.g. Modern Workplace)
 
Skills:

  2. Service with expertise of Intune/SCCM, Windows 11/10, EntraID, Modern Workplace & M365
  3. Service with in-depth expertise of client integration (e.g. GPO, browser, bitlocker)
  4. Service with sound expertise of SCCM (e.g. packages, applications, task sequences, BIOS, drivers)
  5. Service with expertise in Endpoint Protection - Desirable
  6. Service with Scripting expertise (e.g. powershell) - Desirable
  7. Service with expertise of Microsoft 365 (e.g. M365 Apps, Azure Information Protection) - Desirable
  8. Service provider's personnal with team-oriented thinking, initiative, independence and winning communication (German and English working environments and context) Professional expertise:
  9. Confirmed level of expertise in Client Engineering and SCCM/Intune in the enterprise environment (more than 8,000 clients)
  10. Service provider's personnel with expertise as IT Specialist
  11. Service with Independent, structured, and analytical approach expertise
 
Background:
The Global Workplace product is responsible for one of the most modern workplaces in the insurance world. International teams ensure the operation and continuous development of various workplace products (Windows, Mac, Mobile, Virtual) and infrastructure (M365, Entra, SCCM, Intune). For the operation and further development, we undertake exciting tasks in a collegial and motivated team. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable IT Workplace Engineer / IT Workplace Administrator service to strengthen our Modern Device Integration Europe team based in a major German city. We are in a cloud transition with our Digital Workplace (SCCM to Intune). As this transition will be a multi-year project for our organization, we will need a SCCM specialist service with good expertise for around 2-3 years to contribute in maintaining the SCCM managed solution. The "Modern Device Integration Europe" team drives the adaptation of global services and their local integration. Our focus is on the required functionality and stable operation of the Digital Workplace. Our teams work in a self-organized way with an agile mindset.
