Zur Erweiterung unseres Münchner Cost Management-Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Cost Manager (m/w/d):

  • Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namenhaften und internationalen Auftraggeber im Rahmen spannender Neu- oder Umbauprojekte aus dem Bereich Industriebau.
  • Sie verantworten die Kostenplanung / Kostenschätzung und/oder die Kostenkontrolle und -steuerung bis hin zum Claim Management.
  • Sie handeln effektiv bei auftretenden Kostenabweichungen im Rahmen des Änderungsprozesses und stellen die Durchführung professionellee Analysen und Reportings sicher.
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner bei allen Cost Management-spezifischen Fragestellungen für die Projektleitung und den Auftraggeber und fördern eine gute und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den Planungsteams in allen Projektphasen.
  • Sie übernehmen Führungsaufgaben in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Hinsicht.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben Ihr immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Quantity Surveying, o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung von Hochbauprojekten davon mindestens 4 Jahre speziell im Bereich Kostenmanagement oder Cost Controlling.
  • Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten.
