Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als
Aushilfe Customer Management (m/w/d)
für 20 Stunden pro Woche. In dieser Funktion sind Sie kümmern Sie sich um die Auftragseingabe und -bearbeitung, sodass eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Kundenaufträge gewährleistet ist.

  • Zudem übernehmen Sie die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Stammdaten, um eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen
  • Die Erstellung von Gutschriften gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das Team im Auftragsmanagement bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Auftragsmanagement. Zusätzlich überzeugen Sie durch folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Neben einer erfolgreich abgeschlossen Ausbildung, können Sie erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst vorweisen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Zudem haben Sie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und arbeiten kooperativ mit ihren Kollegen (m/w/d) zusammen
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP R3/BW ist für Sie selbstverständlich
