Alpega Group is seeking an Account Executive to help bring our TenderEasy product toour mid-market and enterprise prospects. This role will be part of the sales team at Alpega
and will be based in the DACH region. This role is fully remote within Germany or reporting to our Vienna office in a hybrid work model.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our sales team as a Regional Software Sales Representative (hunting/farming) for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and drive the market expansion in Freight Procurement Management. Your success relies on establishing a network of trust with the TenderEasy ICP companies, capturing the attention of potential new accounts and developing new opportunities with existing regional customers. What your responsibilities look like:
Take ownership of the full sales process in the DACH region for TenderEasy SaaS, and support Alpega TMS colleagues in the area to win integrated TMS deals that include TenderEasy functionality.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing an efficient sales strategy and plan, targeting both new and existing accounts.
Foster and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, regional influencers, and participate in regional industry events to drive sustainable growth and ensure retention.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of TenderEasy freight procurement SaaS, both from a business and technical perspective.
Collaborate closely with Presales Engineers to deliver Alpega Software presentations, tailoring them to showcase the business value that is most relevant to your market.
Collaborate cross-functional with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to develop and implement the regional sales strategy.
Collaborate cross-functional with Product Management, Service and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction in your account portfolio.
Analyse and understand our customers' business needs and convert them into potential opportunities.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
You provide a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Sales/ Freight Procurement
Fluency in German and English, at a native or near-native level, is mandatory.
You have been consistently successful in B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales/account management, leveraging a structured value/solution-selling methodology.
You must have a good understanding and experience with freight procurement processes. Ideally, as a freight buyer/seller, tender manager or 4PL freight consultant.
Your communication skills are influential, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal aspects, as well as exceptional written abilities.
Confident and adept at customer engagement, you derive satisfaction from networking, pursuing leads, and fostering new and trustworthy customer relationships.
Your strong, critical, and analytical thinking, coupled with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, sets you apart.
As a self-starter with excellent organisational skills, you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-centric environment.
