Your Role

You develop and implement the strategic product portfolio of "Dry Compounds for Beverage and Food Applications" incl. the business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and the overall growth initiatives You manage a team of Product Managers by supporting and challenging themYou manage the global assortment with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organizationYou define a roadmap to drive the business (and revenue growth) in line with the customer requirements, while ensuring it is in line with the Doehler business valueYou drive innovation projects and pipelines through to the commercialization stageYou build a strong working relationship with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organizationYou actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysisYou support customer visits with the sales team and take over public appearancesYou define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage in order to feed that back into the product roadmapYou communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates on all media incl. product portfolio displays withinand outside of the organizationYou ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning 

Your Profile

You have a successful managerial track record in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B business environment with experience in the field of powder blendsYou have a proven technological knowledge with a strong commercial drive, ideally experience in a project management function at a Dry Food Ingredient manufacturerYou have a proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainablyYou have a strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentalityYou must be a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive business objectives while maintaining our company and people valuesYou have a very good understanding of current talent management practices with a great passion for people developmentYou have excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlinesYou have a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independentlyYou are able to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing surroundingYou are willing to travel globallyYou are fluent in Business English and German
