You are an experienced marketing manager and people leader, a self-starter who takes energy from delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns people talk about and consume with pleasure? This job is for you Lead a team of marketing managers to execute brilliant x-functional marketing strategies and executions, collaborate with and inspire an x-functional team across disciplines and geographies to bring to life the best of PayPal in Germany.

Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth
• Resolve complex marketing problems and develop innovative solutions
• Determine methods and procedures for new marketing assignments
• Implement global process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in marketing best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

• You are an all-rounder in marketing with great understanding of both high-reach integrated marketing campaigns and social-first young target activations.
• You have a deep understanding of all marketing channels and know how to activate upper and lower funnel.
• You take energy from helping a team and team members strive.
• You are a great team player able to inspire a people across functions and hierarchies.
• Experience in the Fintech, Finance or E-commerce industries is a bonus.
