**Head of Group Controlling (m/w/d)**

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Controlling-Abteilung mit aktuell 8 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortlich für das Beteiligungscontrolling von ca. 25 internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Planung und Controlling der Kostenstellen im Headquarter
  • Konsolidierung von Plandaten sowie Erstellung des gruppenweiten Management Reportings
  • Zuständig für die konzernweite Bilanzplanung
  • Verantwortung für die Cashflow-Planung inkl. Reporting an das Top-Management
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units als Business Partner
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse, Systeme und Reporting-Standards
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den relevanten Controlling-Bereichen, idealerweise im internationalen Konzernumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 und/oder S/4HANA
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen BI-Tools
  • Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Top-Management, Shareholdern und Vice Presidents
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Offenheit und Empathie
