The primary role of the Manager, Soft Brands is to oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account Executives. In this people management role, you will ensure your team executes our Soft Brand sales and customer success strategy, supports value realisation, and fosters long-term customer growth. 

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise, this role bridges strategy and execution, providing coaching, workflow direction, and day-to-day decision-making support. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe
  • Drive performance excellence through goal setting, ongoing coaching and career development
  • Own strategic account planning in partnership with the VP of Enterprise, including long-term growth roadmaps
  • Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and preserving strong customer satisfaction
  • Act as escalation point for regional go-to-market teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure alignment and unblock execution
  • Capture and communicate insights, including Voice of Customer feedback and key commercial performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multi-property clients
  • People management experience with a coaching mindset and track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and basic reporting/analytics tools
  • Based in EU/UK with easy access to international airport for client travel
