Wir sind neoteq ventures, ein Earlystage Venture Capital Fonds mit Sitz in Köln. Wir helfen großartigen Gründerteams beim Aufbau von Tech-Unternehmen, die Branchen verändern. Wir investieren deutschlandweit und setzen einen Schwerpunkt bei unseren Investmentaktivitäten im Rheinland.

Über Deine Rolle

Du bist Teil unseres Investment Teams und unterstützt Du uns vor allem in folgenden Bereichen:

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Aktives Sourcing von neuen Investmentmöglichkeiten
  • Screening von Startups und Erstbewertung von Geschäftsmodellen, qualitative und quantitative Analysen von Start-Ups
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Investment Team, Teilnahme an Pitches, Gespräche und Verhandlungen
  • Unterstützung des Investment Teams bei der Durchführung von Due Diligence-Prozessen
  • Projektbezogene Unterstützung bei Marktanalyse, Trendreports oder ähnlichen Auswertungen unseres Dealflows
  • Unterstützung der Portfolio-Unternehmen bei der Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikationen

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 – 5 Jahren im Start-Up-Umfeld (VC-Fonds, Inkubator, Accelerator, Innovationsbereich, Unternehmensberatung)
  • Idealerweise ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Ein gutes, kommerzielles Verständnis für Trends, Märkte, Digitalisierung und Innovation
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für digitale Produkte
  • Starkes Netzwerk in das Start-Up-Ökosystem in Deutschland und auch gerne darüber hinaus
  • Humor & viel Geduld (beides braucht man häufiger mal bei Start-Ups)
