As a Manager FP&A & Analytics (m/f/d) for MedTech, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and enabling data-driven decisions in a global healthcare environment. You will lead FP&A processes for EBIT, cash flow, and net working capital, modernize reporting tools, and provide actionable insights that shape strategic outcomes.

Your Assignments:

  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for EBIT, cash flow, and net working capital

  • Analyze variances and business drivers to deliver insights and recommendations

  • Lead FP&A activities for MedTech central functions, including budgeting and personnel cost planning

  • Drive automation and modernization of reporting tools (SAP SAC, dashboards)

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes and decision-making

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A or controlling in an international environment; MedTech or pharma exposure is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP CO, SAP BW, SAC, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
