Als Manager FP&A & Analytics (m/w/d) für MedTech spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Steigerung der finanziellen Leistung und der Ermöglichung datengesteuerter Entscheidungen in einem globalen Gesundheitsumfeld. Sie leiten FP&A-Prozesse für EBIT, Cashflow und Nettoumlaufvermögen, modernisieren Reporting-Tools und liefern umsetzbare Erkenntnisse, die strategische Ergebnisse beeinflussen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Management der monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Berichterstattung für EBIT, Cashflow und Nettoumlaufvermögen
- Analysieren von Abweichungen und Geschäftsfaktoren, um Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen zu liefern
- Leitung der FP&A-Aktivitäten für die zentralen Funktionen von MedTech, einschließlich Budgetierung und Personalkostenplanung
- Vorantreiben der Automatisierung und Modernisierung von Berichtswerkzeugen (SAP SAC, Dashboards)
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung zur Verbesserung der Prozesse und Entscheidungsfindung
Ihr Profil:
- Master-Abschluss in Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich FP&A oder Controlling in einem internationalen Umfeld; Erfahrung im Bereich MedTech oder Pharma ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Beherrschung von SAP CO, SAP BW, SAC, Excel und PowerPoint
- Proaktive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Ausgezeichnete englische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Deutsch ist ein Plus
