We are therefore looking for an ambitious SAP-savvy leader who already heads projects and teams in a consulting firm or system integrator. To this end, we want to provide them with entrepreneurial guidance and mentoring from an outstanding leader: and that is you, the Vico Group Director.As Vico Group Director you lead and grow a group of Vicos. You start with appr. 10 Vicos, already serving enterprise clients and comprising several hundred experienced professionals. You work directly with the Vico Leads (the Vicos' bosses). So, you act as an entrepreneur leading entrepreneurs. You make sure Vicos are well positioned strategically and deliver the excellence in execution enabled by the Vicoland concept and infrastructure.TasksLead your Vico Group strategically:- Establish playbooks as standards in your Vicos for scaling SAP delivery.- Together with your Vico Leads and our Sales team, define the evolution of your Vico Group's services range (S/4HANA, BTP, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.). - Spearhead the introduction of AI-powered agentic "Vico members", supported by our Product team.Fully exploit the Vicoland growth potential through operational excellence:- Support Vico Leads in appropriate staffing, in cooperation with our Recruiting team.- Guide Vico Leads towards excellence in project execution and in interaction with clients (provided by the Sales team).- Make sure that Vicos make best possible use of our platform, in cooperation with our Product team.- Watch over Vicos' compliance with our rules.Lead one flagship Vico yourself:- Make it an example for all to follow and the innovation lab for the group.- Get support from the flagship Vico's project managers, making sure you have enough time for your managerial responsibilities towards all Vicos.Position yourself as thought leader (content, events, community) in our sector.Requirements· Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to grow beyond your current horizon.· Leadership experience: proven track record in leading teams/projects.· SAP expertise: broad competence with deeper knowledge in at least one domain.· High-potential profile: strong academic record, fast career progression and proven impact in consulting or system integration.· Network power: talent and client connections are a plus.· Growth & innovation hunger: strong drive to build something new and scalable.Benefits· Highly attractive compensation with fixed salary and entrepreneurial participation in your Vico Group's success.· High degree of autonomy: you are the entrepreneur, you run the show.· Existing sales engine: Vicoland sales team supporting your Vico Group with an enterprise pipeline of currently >100 clients.· Being a key player in one of the hottest young companies, surrounded by a top-notch innovative and dynamic team.Ready to rise?Then let's talk about your journey as Vico Group Director.Contact: Marc Kutschera, Vicoland Senior Advisor
