Role Overview

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners within the Regensburg and Ingolstadt region. Acting as the local representative of the platform, this role focuses on building strong relationships with restaurant owners, understanding their business needs, and supporting their growth through tailored solutions. The position offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility while working closely with internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new restaurant partners within the assigned region (Regensburg / Ingolstadt)
  • Present the company's platform and value proposition to prospective partners
  • Analyse restaurant needs and recommend suitable services and tools to support growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to achieve regional sales targets
  • Actively contribute to the expansion and development of the platform in the region
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably field or B2B sales
  • Strong passion for customer acquisition and business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to quickly establish effective professional relationships
  • Strong analytical thinking and flexibility
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Target-oriented and structured working approach
