About the Role

We are hiring for
one of our clients
a
Field Sales Specialist
to drive partner acquisition and growth within the restaurant sector across the Regensburg and Ingolstadt regions. This role focuses on building sustainable commercial relationships, supporting partners with platform adoption, and contributing to long-term regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new restaurant partners within the assigned region
  • Present digital platform solutions aligned with partner business needs
  • Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate services and tools
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams
  • Manage pipeline activity and regional performance targets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in B2B sales or field sales
  • Experience acquiring new customers within defined territories
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
