Come join the Blue Care Team. We are seeking two Revenue Assurance Officers to deliver quality, efficient and effective revenue assurance processes.

You will provide timely and accurate account management for billing, adjustments and 3rd party invoicing.

Your part in our UnitingCare team

• Process monthly claims and billing
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Deliver a high quality customer service experience
• Action email and phone queries across multiple platforms

What makes a difference for us?

• Experience in a similar or comparable role eg, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• High level of general ICT competency
• Knowledge of AX09 and Alayacare is desirable
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel
