Event Manager (m/w/d)

DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Koordination und Durchführung von eigenen politischen Veranstaltungen sowie externen Veranstaltungen in Berlin
  • Leitung der Veranstaltungsorganisation mit Personal- und Ressourcenplanung, Budgetabwicklung und Steuerung & Sicherstellung technisch-organisatorischer Abläufe
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Durchführung von externen Unternehmensauftritten auf Parteitagen, Messen und anderen Kooperationsveranstaltungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Kommunikations-/Public Affairs-Instrumente

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Event/Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung politischer Veranstaltungen wie Hintergrundgespräche, Roundtables oder Konferenzen
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Affinität zu IT- und wirtschaftspolitischen Themen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf höchstem Niveau (C2) und fließende Englischkenntnisse
